The human agent exception
Meta allows a human to reply for up to 7 days using the human agent tag, after App Review approval. It is for real support, not marketing, and automations must not use it.

- People reporting your DMs as spam.
- Hundreds of identical public comment replies.
- Links to domains Instagram flags as unsafe.
- Tools that log in with your password or act like a person clicking around.
