Quick answerFitness creators use Instagram DM automation to send a free workout plan to everyone who comments a keyword, unlock it with a follow, collect emails for their program launch, and answer price questions about coaching automatically.

Three automations to set up first

  1. Freebie reel: "Comment PLAN for my free 7-day plan". Comment to DM with a follow gate.
  2. Coaching questions: DM keyword "COACH" or "PRICE" replies with your plans and a booking link.
  3. Launch list: story "Reply READY to get first access" collects emails for your next program.

Keyword ideas

PLAN, ABS, MEAL, PROGRAM, COACH, FORM, GYM.

What to measure

Track CTR on the plan link, follows from the gate and emails per reel. Your best reel format will show up within a couple of weeks.
