Before you start: switch to a Professional account
Open Instagram, go to Settings, then Account type and tools, and switch to a Professional account. Creator and Business both work. It is free and takes a minute.
Option 1: Saved replies (Instagram app)
Saved replies are shortcuts. You type a short word and Instagram fills in the full message. You still open each chat and tap send, so it saves typing, not time.
- Go to Settings, then Creator tools or Business tools.
- Open Saved replies and tap New.
- Enter the shortcut and the full message, then save.
Option 2: Meta Business Suite inbox automations
If your Instagram is connected to a Facebook Page, Meta Business Suite offers inbox automations such as instant replies and FAQs. They cover messages in the inbox. They are not built for sending your link to everyone who comments a keyword on a reel.
Menu names in Instagram and Meta Business Suite change often. If a step does not match, search the settings for "saved replies" or "automations".
Option 3: An automation tool (comments, DMs and stories)
