- Only your facts. The AI answers from the FAQs, offers and links you add. It never invents prices or links.
- Hands off when unsure. Complaints and uncovered questions get tagged "needs human" and you get notified.
- Daily cap. At most 3 AI replies per person per day.

How credits work
One AI reply uses one credit. Growth includes 1,000 credits a month, Business 2,500. If you run out, keyword flows keep working as normal.
Is a chatbot the same as a spam bot?
