Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and NexiBeam Technologies Private Limited, No. 107, 3rd Block, 7th Cross, D Group Layout, Lingadheranahalli, Andrahalli, Bangalore 560091, Karnataka, India, which operates FameChamp ("we", "us"). If you use FameChamp for a business, you accept them on its behalf. You must be at least 18.

The service

FameChamp automates replies to Instagram comments, story replies and DMs, hosts link in bio pages, and shows inbox and analytics, using Meta's official Instagram API.

Your account

You sign in with Google and connect Instagram Professional accounts you own or manage with permission. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by teammates you invite.

Acceptable use

You must follow Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and messaging policies, and every law that applies to you, including consumer, anti-spam and data protection laws. You must not use FameChamp to:

• send spam, harassment, scams, or illegal, misleading or adult content;
• message people in ways Instagram does not allow, or get around its limits or the 24-hour messaging window;
• collect personal data without a lawful basis, or misuse the contacts you collect;
• resell the service, reverse engineer it, or disrupt it.

You are responsible for the messages your automations send and the data you collect. You control your followers' data and we process it for you as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service or other customers at risk.

Meta and Instagram

FameChamp depends on Meta's Instagram API. Meta can change or limit it, rate-limit messages, or restrict your account, and we cannot control that. FameChamp is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

Plans, billing and fair use

• The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Pro, Growth, Business) are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown in our pricing section and at checkout, and may exclude taxes.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (USD, as merchant of record) or Razorpay (INR).
• "Unlimited" DMs are subject to Instagram's rate limits and a fair-use cap of 50,000 DMs per connected account per month. Above the cap we slow sending down rather than stop it.
• AI credits reset each billing period and do not roll over.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel anytime from billing settings. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for, then your workspace moves to the Free plan.
• Monthly plans and credit packs are not refundable.
• Yearly plans: full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first yearly payment (not renewals), from billing settings or by email. The refund cancels the subscription and moves your workspace to Free immediately.
• EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, unless they ask for immediate access and accept losing that right at checkout.

Your content

You own your content and data. You let us host, process and send it only to run FameChamp for you. You can export or delete it at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep FameChamp running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Meta rate limits and outages at our providers can interrupt it. We may add, change or remove features. If we shut the service down, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused prepaid time.

Disclaimers and liability

FameChamp is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost followers, or actions Meta takes on your account, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending these terms

You can stop using FameChamp and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law lets you bring a claim where you live.
