Before you cancel
- Export contacts. Download your audience as CSV so emails and phone numbers are safe.
- List your automations. Note each post, keyword and message you want to keep running.
- Set up the replacement. If you move to another tool, rebuild automations there, but keep them off.
Cancel the subscription
- Log in to ManyChat and open Settings.
- Open Billing and choose to cancel your Pro plan.
- Confirm. Your account moves to the free plan at the end of the billing period.
ManyChat changes its menus from time to time. If a step does not match, search its help centre for "cancel subscription".
Switch without double DMs
