What does {{first_name}} do?
It is a placeholder. When the DM is sent, the automation replaces it with the first name on the person's Instagram profile. If there is no name, FameChamp drops the placeholder and the extra space, so "Hey {{first_name}}!" becomes "Hey!".

Instagram allows one private reply per comment, within 7 days of the comment. After the person replies, you can keep chatting inside the 24-hour messaging window.
